## Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of juliefarha.com and any related applications or services (collectively, the "Site") operated by Clear Insight, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
## Account Registration
To access member features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately at clearinsight@juliefarha.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
## Soul Specialties Assessment
The Soul Specialties assessment is a self-discovery tool for personal growth and reflection. Results are generated based on your responses and our proprietary framework. Assessment results are not clinical diagnoses and should not be treated as psychological, medical or therapeutic evaluations. Results are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.
## Coaching Services
Coaching services provided by Julie Farha are personal coaching, not therapy, counseling or medical treatment. Coaching is a collaborative relationship focused on personal and professional growth. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
Session scheduling, cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the policies displayed during booking. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
## Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
a. You acknowledge that you are using the Site and services at your own free will and sole risk.
b. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information on the Site.
c. In no event shall Clear Insight, LLC, its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
d. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional financial, legal, medical or mental health advice.
e. We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from coaching sessions, courses or assessment results.
f. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
## Services and License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services at any time. Course content and digital products are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed or resold.
## Payment and Subscriptions
Certain services require payment, either as a one-time fee or recurring subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are subject to change with notice. Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing period.
## Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy on digital products and courses, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. Individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed. Session packages are refundable for unused sessions only. Contact clearinsight@juliefarha.com for refund requests.
## Community Guidelines
When participating in community features (feed, discussions, messaging, member directory), you agree to: treat other members with respect; refrain from harassment, discrimination or abusive language; keep shared content appropriate and relevant; respect the privacy of other members; and refrain from solicitation, spam or self-promotion without permission.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
## Your Content
By submitting content to the Site (community posts, comments, profile information, messages), you grant Clear Insight, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your content. You may delete your content at any time, though cached copies may persist briefly.
## Your Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to: engage in fraud or misrepresentation; harass, threaten or harm others; impersonate another person; scrape, crawl or collect data without authorization; resell or redistribute services or content without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts; or violate any applicable laws.
## Proprietary Rights
All content, design, code, graphics, the Soul Specialties framework, assessment methodology and intellectual property on the Site are owned by Clear Insight, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "Soul Specialties," "Clear Insight" and related branding are trademarks of Clear Insight, LLC.
## SMS Communications
By enabling SMS reminders in your account settings, you consent to receiving text messages related to your coaching sessions. Message frequency varies. Standard messaging rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time.
## Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear Insight, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.
## Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
## Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.
## Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
## Digital Millennium Copyright Act
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at clearinsight@juliefarha.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
## Children
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
## Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clear Insight, LLC regarding the Site. No agency, partnership or employment relationship is created by these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
