Assessment data: When you take the Soul Specialties assessment, we collect your responses to generate your results and personalized profile. This data is stored in your account and used to provide your Soul Specialties profile, coaching recommendations and community features.
## How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and improve our services, including personalized assessment results and profile features; process payments and manage subscriptions; schedule and manage coaching sessions; send transactional emails (booking confirmations, session reminders, password resets); send newsletters and marketing communications you've opted into; deliver SMS session reminders (with your explicit consent); personalize your experience; operate community features (feed, discussions, member directory, messaging); respond to inquiries; analyze usage patterns; and comply with legal obligations.
## Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business:
- Stripe — payment processing (card data is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers) - Supabase — database hosting and user authentication - Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery - Twilio — SMS session reminders (phone number only, when SMS is enabled) - Vercel — website hosting and content delivery - TinaCMS — content management
We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
## Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential cookies — user authentication, session management and security. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
## Your Rights
Access and portability: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction: You may update your profile information at any time through your account settings.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us at clearinsight@juliefarha.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Opt out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. You may disable SMS reminders in your account settings.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
## Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Assessment data, profile data and coaching records are retained with your account. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as financial transaction records).
## Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.
## Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
## International Users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
